About Curiosity

Are you curious?

I am.  To the chagrin of my family and many of my friends and colleagues I always ask questions. Some answers are easy to find.  Others are not.  And those questions are the fun ones to try and answer.

Why people do what they do is one the hardest questions for scientists to answer.  That’s why I love what I do.  For the last 20 years I have been deeply involved in observing and understanding human emotions, attitudes, and behaviors to help businesses create better products, services, and experiences for their customers.

I created this blog to explore why people do what they do and how businesses can help create a better experiences for them.  I will make observations, I will complain a fair bit, I will make a few recommendations, I will make a few jokes; some will be funny others will not be.  In the end, I hope you find it entertaining, insightful, and most importantly helpful.

Of course it won’t be a whole lot of fun if you don’t participate too.  So I hope you do.

If you have any questions for me, please free to fill out the form below and I will get back to you in a jiffy.

I am an inherently curious, focused, and persistent person. I enjoy reading, writing, motorcycles, running, drinking wine, and my family…in various order depending on the day.  I believe in the Oxford comma.  Also I read that putting two spaces after a period means you are old.  I don’t care.  I hope you enjoy my blog.
